The GTC/4 was a true "gentleman's express," a refined car that cost more than the Daytona when it was new. Only less than 500 were made which makes more than twice as rare as a Daytona. It had styling by Pininfarina which hasn't dated a bit. Wallace Alfred Wyss owned one, SN14801, for three years and painted this painting in memory of it. Reproductions are available in 12" x 18" size on watercolour paper, each hand signed and numbered by the artist to an edition of 500. |
