If there was ever a more beautiful sports car, it would be hard to name. Only 18 of the Tipo 33 Stradales were built, these on Alfa 33 racing chassis. This was the street model which fine artist Wallace Wyss opines was better looking than the race cars. The designer was the mercurial and mysterious Franco Scaglione and the coachbilder Marazzi. It made its debut in 1967. Engine was a dry sump four cam two liter V8. Fineartist Wallace Wyss saw this car at a concours, captured it on film and painted an oil, now available in signed and numbered reproduction. |
